So the big day finally arrived!! We welcomed our beautiful baby girl into the world this Monday at 2:36. She weighed in a 7 lbs. 5 oz. and was 19 1/2 inches long. (Mom was pretty happy with her size!) The labor went extremely well and little Sophie was healthy as can be. Eric and I are super thrilled that she is finally here, we were able to come home from the hospital around 6:30 last night and now are getting used to life as parents! It's amazing how you think you are so prepared for what an amazing experience this is going to be throughout your 9 months of pregnancy but nothing can prepare you for that feeling when you see your little one for the first time and they lay her on your stomach! :) She's such an amazing little girl and of course we think she's the cutest too :) We'll try to post some more pictures soon, our camera just got sent to the shop this morning so we only have a few from the last couple days.
