So here's the short story...I had a baby, his name is Elijah James, he weighed 8lb. 5oz and looked just like his big sis when he was born:) I 'm pretty sure I'll never forget his birth...it was quite the experience. Short version - starting having hard contractions pretty quickly Sunday evening, they progressed so fast (and it was ALL back labor (painful!!), so we went to the hospital after just a couple hours (even though the on call doc said to wait), we pulled into the ER a little after 9pm, and lo and behold...our little guy entered the world at 9:51pm. Talk about a crazy 50 minutes or so! I'm just happy I got into a delivery room, b/c no one seemed to believe me that I was going to have him RIGHT THEN! lol

ahh I just love him to pieces...he is such a joy and I am one blessed mommy:) He just loves watching his big sis, and is so content to just roll around on the floor...I will admit he definitely favors his mommy though over most others:) I don't have a problem with that one bit! We are dealing with a bit of teething these days, but some nights I don't mind going in for a little cuddle time!
